The journey towards a stress-free life and the prevention of lifestyle disorders begins with the choices we make. The Dhriti Community is an attempt to present some hard facts I have realised during my practice as a medical professional. I wanted to make it easier for the members to understand and internalize these everyday problems and their solutions. 


The journey of this effort must begin by acknowledging a reality: the modern world, with its relentless pace aided by technology, has pushed us into the scourge of stress and lifestyle disease. We must recognize that there is something amiss in how we approach diseases. Besides providing the facts, I will also propose a formula for healthy living.


Fortitude, the inner energy used to meet the requirements of living and performing tasks throughout the day, must be treated as a resource and replenished regularly.

 Play is a person's fuel. Deliberate moments of joy, laughter, and focused leisure — actual play — are not distractions. They are the cornerstone for replenishing spent fortitude. 


The Fortitude Formula being offered to members is not a passive philosophy; it is an active commitment. It is the realization that we have control over how we spend our time and can make choices that sustain our well-being. Prioritizing happiness must become an active commitment.


The "Fortitude Formula" must become a practice for The Dhriti Community members — a journey, and not a destination.
